In order to try to meet the League’s umpiring needs while keeping NWLL financially solvent, the Board of Directors has implemented the following: each player registration for upper divisions (AA and above) will be assessed a $150 refundable fee for each player registered. 

To have the fee refunded, a family must satisfy 35 DIBS points (volunteers receive 25 DIBS points for plate umpiring, 10 points for base umpiring) for each player through the course of the Spring season. Remember, you can have family, relatives, or friends help you satisfy this requirement (and youth umpires will be entered into our raffles throughout the season), they just need to attribute it to your player in the DIBS signup.
